About this Plan

This plan is available to 1099 Cresa members ONLY.   It is not health insurance, but instead, medical cost sharing.  Like a traditional health plan, it covers primary care, labs, surgeries, imaging, prescription medications, urgent care, emergent care, and more.  This plan includes dental, vision, and teletherapy care too.

Why two Dental Plans?

The 'Buy-Up Plan' has a higher maximum payment ($1,500) and orthodontia benefits.

What is an FSA?

FSA is flexible spending account and it allows the option of allocating before-tax dollars from your paycheck into an account (FSA) to cover many medical and dependent care costs.  For more click HERE.

Life Insurance & Accident Insurance

Cresa provides Basic Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance to all eligible employees at no cost.  The benefit includes a $50,000 benefit.  You may also elect additional life insurance and AD&D insurance at a cost.  For more click HERE.

Short-Term & Long-term Disability

Disability insurance is designed to cover a portion of your salary when you are unable to work due to a non-work-related accident or illness.  These are available for a cost to all eligible employees.  For more click HERE.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help members navigate the tougher situations in life.  You have access to Masters-level consultants by telephone or online.  For more click HERE.

Commuter Benefits Program allows you to use pre-tax dollars to spend on commuter expenses like trains, buses and van pooling.  Savings is estimated at 35%. For more click HERE.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan allows you to set up several retirement savings modes.  Cresa has a discretionary profit-sharing formula in which it can contribute to your savings plan.  For more click HERE.
